After Survey Actions are a set of free offerings that provide you and your organization with learning opportunities and resources to take action following survey participation. The events and resources on this page will help your organization find ways to take timely action on your data and drive change in supporting employees and building optimal organizational health.
Overview of offerings
Consultation
Every organization that participates in the Focused Engagement Survey has access to one complimentary consultation to discuss survey data and action steps.
Format: One-hour consultation led by trained consultants, including leadership and any other appropriate staff.
Audience: Participants determined by each organization; we highly encourage Executive Directors/CEOs to participate in consultations.

Inspirations
A compilation of suggested actions you can consider to begin to address themes that emerged from your survey data and improve your organizational culture.
Format: Always accessible on our website.
Audience: Available to anyone interested in making changes within the organization.

Activation Workshop Series
A two-part series geared to help organizations take action quickly and keep momentum going immediately after the survey The first workshop will focus on understanding your results, maximizing the Culture Amp platform to see your data in various ways, and beginning to strategize about sharing results with your staff. The second workshop will focus on key themes and insights from the full cohort of participating organizations, as well as action-planning and accountability.
Format: Presentations from Leading Edge and Culture Amp with opportunities for questions.
Audience: Senior leadership and People Pros are encouraged to come and learn. We welcome you to include others who are positioned to act on organization-wide culture and talent practices.

Topical Workshops
A spotlight workshop on each of the add-on sections from the Focused Engagement Survey. During these sessions we will share aggregate themes from the full cohort of organizations who selected this add-on section, hear practices around action you can take to drive change in this topic area, and connect with peer professionals to strategize your next steps.
Format: Presentations from Leading Edge staff and consultants and Culture Amp with opportunities for questions and breakout groups with other practitioners.
Audience: Senior leadership and People Pros are encouraged to come and learn. We welcome you to include others who are interested in the topics and positioned to act on organization-wide culture and talent practices. Any organization who participated in the Focused Engagement Survey may participate in the workshop regardless of whether or not you added on this topic area question set.

NOTE. Participation levels, on a scale of 1-5, help you predict how much participation is expected for each program. A 1/5 indicates light participation on your own time; a 5/5 is highly interactive and will be based on what you bring to the group.
