Ilana Aisen

As Chief Community Impact Officer at Leading Edge, Ilana develops and executes strategic field and membership-building initiatives that cultivate relationships, expand cross-sectoral collaboration, and deepen individuals' and organizations' engagement with the sector. 

From 2016-2024, Ilana served as CEO of JPro, which joined with Leading Edge at the beginning of 2025. During her tenure, JPro served professionals from over 2,000 Jewish communal organizations with professional development and networking opportunities and developed the sector’s flagship professional conference. Ilana’s career began at American Jewish World Service, she was part of the founding staff team at Repair the World, and immediately prior to joining JPro, she worked at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. 

Ilana holds master’s degrees in Nonprofit Management and Judaic Studies from New York University and is an alumna of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship/Davidson Scholars program and Leading Edge’s CEO Onboarding program.
