Leah King Kaufman is Program Manager, Leading Places to Work, at Leading Edge. Before joining Leading Edge, Leah spent 9 years at the Union for Reform Judaism with a portfolio that included youth engagement and education, leadership development, congregational support, and expanding the pipeline into Jewish community. She has served on the staff of several congregations in the Northeast region and the leadership teams at Eisner Camp and Kutz Camp.
Leah is passionate about designing programming and curriculum with the end in mind and focusing on the needs of users. Her greatest professional lessons have all come from working with teenagers.
Leah graduated from McGill University with a B.A. in Art History, and Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion's Executive M.A. program with an M.A. in Religious Education. You can find Leah at her home in Western Massachusetts spending time with her family, dabbling in various arts and crafts, and baking challah every Friday.
