Discover your leadership’s hidden strengths and challenges.

Our Leadership 360 evaluation has been an integral part of Leading Edge’s CEO Onboarding and Leading Executives programs. Now, for the first time, we’re offering the Leadership 360 to alumni of a variety of Leading Edge programs as a stand-alone leadership development tool. Senior-most leaders at Jewish nonprofits can participate in a Leadership 360 process, along with two hours of executive coaching.

WHAT

The Leadership 360 is a personalized reflection tool created through self-assessment and feedback from your colleagues and partners, for a multifaceted perspective of your Leadership Competencies. We gather input, from you and from other people you select, using an online survey comprised of multiple-choice and open-ended questions and compile that feedback into a confidential and individualized report for you. (An example of a Leadership 360 report can be found here.) As part of the program, you will also receive two one-hour virtual sessions with an executive coach to carefully review your results, understand possible implications, and formulate a plan for growing in your leadership.

WHY

A comprehensive 360-degree evaluation helps you understand and develop your leadership. Taking dedicated time to complete a self-assessment offers a valuable opportunity for high-level self-reflection, and additional feedback from your staff, board members, and external partners offers invaluable outside perspectives as well. The Leadership 360 process can reveal aspects of your strengths as a leader, along with challenges and opportunities to grow, that you may not otherwise have learned.

WHO

The Leadership 360 will be most meaningful for you if:

  • You are the senior-most leader in your Jewish nonprofit organization, whether your title is CEO, President, Executive Director, or something else
  • You are an alum of one of a Leading Edge/former Boardified program such as Leading Partners, Leading Teams, CEO Onboarding, the Board Member Institute, Unraveling the Boardian Knot, After Survey Action workshops, OR your organization has taken either the Employee Engagement Survey or CEO survey
  • You have not completed a Leadership 360 in 2 years OR you have been in a new role for at least 1 year
  •  You have a minimum of 2 direct reports

While you may not fully meet one of these criteria, if you believe that the Leadership 360 assessment could offer value to you, we invite you to contact our Leadership Programs team to explore the possibilities: leadprograms@leadingedge.org.

For this pilot round of Leadership 360 evaluations that is open to participants outside of our existing programs, we are only able to offer a limited number of leaders the chance to participate.
