After Survey Actions are a set of free offerings that provide you and your organization with learning opportunities and resources to take action following survey participation. The events and resources on this page will help your organization find ways to take timely action on your data and drive change in supporting employees and building optimal organizational health.
Every organization that participates in the Employee Experience Survey has access to one complimentary consultation to discuss survey data and action steps.
Format: One-hour consultation led by trained consultants, including leadership and any other appropriate staff.
Audience: Participants determined by each organization; we highly encourage Executive Directors/CEOs to participate in consultations.
Participation Level:
A compilation of suggested actions and ideas you can consider to begin to address themes that emerged from your survey data and improve your organizational culture.

Participation Level:
Join an exclusive, small-group workshop series exploring how to make progress on two topics that the survey consistently indicates as growth areas for many organizations: (1) Belonging & Psychological Safety and (2) Communications & Decision Making. Organizations may only participate in one of the two series offered. Participants must commit to both sessions in a series and can expect guidance, learning, and peer support to drive real change in your organization.
NOTE: This pilot offering will only be available to organizations who meet the participation threshold. Organizations may only participate in one of the two options. Participation is limited to one person per organization. See additional eligibility criteria in the application link.
Format: Small group facilitated learning series with full group discussion and breakouts; cohort selection based on application; full participation required.
