What drew you to Leading Edge?
The crucial work that Leading Edge does supporting organizations in becoming better places to work. The unique mission of Leading Edge is exciting and very inspiring to me.
What does a “great place to work” mean to you?
To me, a “great place to work” means somewhere where people work hard and take their jobs seriously, but also find the time to laugh and enjoy each other’s company. It also means that people have the freedom to grow and develop and take risks as they explore new projects. I think a “great place to work” is somewhere where everyone on the team understands how their role contributes to the larger goals of the organization.
What do you enjoy most about Organizational Development?
I enjoy the complex challenges involved in helping organizations improve and change.
What’s the best movie you’ve seen in the last year?
Definitely Free Solo.
Where is your favorite place to travel?
Anywhere near the ocean!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
It was from my brother-in-law, who after meeting my girlfriend (now fiancé), turned to me and whispered “don’t mess it up.”
