What does a “great place to work” mean to you?

What are you looking forward to most about joining Leading Edge?

Getting to know my coworkers and bringing an equity-lens into the data and survey work that is being done.

If you could take a week off from your regular life to immerse yourself in learning something new, what would it be?

I'd love to either learn some woodworking skills, or how to play the drums.

What is something you have accomplished as an adult that your younger self would be proud of?

Traveling solo through south and southeast Asia, and working remote while doing so.

What’s a work lesson you’ve had to learn the hard way?

Don't be afraid to ask for help.
