Through the 15 month CEO Onboarding program, an exclusive cohort of new leaders will lay the groundwork for organizational success. Cohort members will work directly with expert consultants, elite leaders and thinkers in the American Jewish community, and institutions specializing in leadership development to take their competencies–and their organizations—to the next level.

CEO Onboarding includes professional development valued at over $40,000 per participant: down-arrow Support from an experienced, accomplished executive coach down-arrow Participation in training at the Center for Creative Leadership, a preeminent leadership development institution down-arrow Exposure to leaders of the major national and key local organizations in the American Jewish Community during an intensive three day convening down-arrow A comprehensive on-the-ground Israel experience to provide a better understanding of the range of opinions about Israel and how to facilitate important related conversations back home down-arrow 360 degree evaluation to gain critical self-knowledge for improvement

First Convening in Warrenton, Virginia

Second Convening in La Jolla, California

Third Convening in Israel

Fourth Convening and conclusion of program

Applicants are:

The most senior professional leader of an organization in the Jewish community who has been with their organization for no more than 24 months

Represent a charitable organization that has been in existence for at least three years

Able to attend all in-person convenings, sessions with coaches, and webinars

Able to secure an organizational commitment of $5,000 to support participation in the program and pay for domestic travel-related expenses
